It took about an hour to lay down the tape and install all the screws and washers on the top of the wing.

Chalk lines to keep your fabric and tapes straight and the laser was for checking the leading edge for bumps and dents. Other than the Rivet and screw heads, the leading edge looked good.

Getting ready to install the wing tank and finish up the tapes and the inspection covers. No fabric goes over the wing tank, just around the edges.

Lot of man hours in a little aileron. This took all weekend and I’m not finished.

These take a lot of time. Lots of little things.

First coat of primer out of three coats. Poly Fiber STC calls out the need for it.

The was a bend in the curve near the tip. I borrowed a pair of sheet metal pliers from a friend at work and fixed the issue.
