This is how the Stinson sat in the hangar for so many years.
Fritz around 1967? He was born in 1901 so he might be 66 years old in the photo. Not exactly sure when the photo was taken. It was taken by an Iola Register photographer for an article on Fritz.

I remember the cigars. He’d be at his desk in the store chewing on one or lighting it.
Two trays on his desk I remember labled intake and exhaust
We got a birthday card every year with a two dollar bill in it.
