I didn’t have the two back seats, side window trim pieces, or the two steel keys for the yokes. I ended up with these and two more Yokes for a really great price from an owner parting out his Stimson.

I put it outside for a while today. You’d think people driving by would notice but no one even looks up 😐.

The horizontal stab is on in the photos.

Now I can finish up the interior.

Well it’s done. We will see how it looks when I can get it outside in a week.

Updated my Garmin GTX-330 transponder for Mode S and ADS-B operation. It’s nice to work in a place that can do this for me.

Much better adhesion this round. I removed the stencil right after the last coat.

Removing the stencil. I won’t be able to reuse it for the other side as I had hoped.

Photo of how the stencil looked in 1947 on a similar Stinson. The Stinson in the photo is just nine serial numbers away from mine.

The nose decal and the stripe went on great. However, the N number and Stinson logo didn’t fair so well. I think it went on too thick #stinson

So I will try with a different sprayer.
