The new firewall cover arrived. Looks and fits nicely. Need to cut holes for cables and wires.

thinking about keeping the front floor boards. I cleaned them up some and they are starting to look good. I will do more sanding before making a decision.

Marking and measuring the wire bundles for making a new one. Very tedious.  

I will put these back in but will turn them into USB ports. Open the tray and plug in your smart phone to charge it and to play music over your headset. A better use than its original design.

Still waiting on paint, but it’s giving me time to take care of some little things.

Black for now. Yes, the light works. I’ve ordered a new center post light socket due to the missing wire insulation. 

I found that each of these two pulleys had a plat spot where the pulley had locked up and the cable flattened it out. I purchased two new pulleys. 

First photo shows the flat spot up close and the second shows the two new pulleys. 

I made some patterns today for the floor boards so I could do some adjustments from the originals so they would fit better.  The patterns look a lot better than the old panels.

While I’m waiting for that opening at the paint facility, I’ve been doing some spot sandblasting on the standoffs and the pulley brackets.
