Finishing up the control Bellcrank

Aileron Bellcrank. The red stuff is grease and the top bolt is not installed upside down. It is correct for those of you who will ask ๐Ÿ˜‰
Flap control Bellcrank installed
New aileron cable pulleys in place. I have to remove them when I run the new cables so they are not tightened down.
Wing root fuel tank strap and cable feed through installed

Flap Control Bellcrank

Putting things back together. Repaired flap guard installed along with new hardware. Yes, the nut is not tight yet.
Flap guard after welding
Ready to install

Remember the cracks in the flap bracket? Tried to find a replacement, but didnโ€™t have much luck finding one. The parts book does not show the guard so no part number to search by. No listing that I could find at Univair, either.

Wing parts ready to go on

All the parts are about ready to put back on along with the new cables and wingtip light wiring. Then itโ€™s time to cover the wing.

Brackets

Both brackets are done now. One of the guards has some cracks. I will see what a replacement will cost before I weld the ears.

One done, one to go.
