I am also restoring a Stinson 108. I sent my Mooring Kit Clamps (108-1991000-6) with other hardware to be clad plated and the shipping service lost the box. I now need to make new clamps. (I still have the eye rings.) Did you make your mooring points?, buy them?, came with the airplane? I’m in search of a drawing and/or the type of metal that is used for the clamps. Would appreciate any info you might have. Thanks.

Mine came with the plane. I can measure them and give you that to make your own.

They are metal, not aluminum, about 5/8″ wide and about 1/8″ thick.
