The silver Poly Spray ultraviolet protective coat, some thinner, a few special filters for the poly spray, and more Poly Brush.
Now I just need a warm day as it’s 2 degrees outside with a wind chill of -15. Bummer.

Once in a while I get to work on other airplanes at work.
The first photo is a selfie of me holding the aileron in the up position to align the new Garmin autopilot servo. The rest are of the company Bonanza while it was in Kansas City this week. Working hard π
The last one is taken after fitting a Boeing 737 Business Jet into the hangar for some work in the nose. It won’t entirely fit in our hangar as the tail is too big.

The zippers look correct, but not sure about the length in the back. Time will tell.
This is from Aircraft Spruce. Supposed to be a direct replacement.

I have to remove the tail wheel to get it out of the garage to spray the bottom fuselage fabric.
Last coat on all surfaces is now on. Next coat is the silver ultraviolet protective coating.
Will probably have to wait until tonight’s winter storm to pass through. 50 degrees now, but snow and freezing rain starts tonight.

Good day to finish up the second coat or spray poly brush.

Even with a heated garage it’s too cold to comfortably work on the airplane. I did receive my headliner from Aircraft Spruce yesterday, but it sat on the porch all day and was too cold to unwrap to inspect. I will do that today and post a photo or two.
