Checking the tension on the trim cables. The Stinson service manual says it should be 3-7 pounds. Using a T-5 Cable tensiometer with a #1 riser it measured between 2 and 3 on both cables. Going to the chart for a T-5 that makes it about about 7. I’ll leave it there. 

A sharp observer will notice the bottom fabric is on.
