Some photos show the old wires and how they were brittle and missing insulation.

I started installing the wire harness today. Most of it is positioned and hooked up except for the starter and voltage regulator. Position lights work and the dome light works. Gauges and mags are next.

Well that’s not good. Wonder how long it worked this way. Can you imagine if this came loose during flight?

I built new horizontal stab fairings today. The old ones were corroded. Ordered the seal today but placed the old seal on the new ones for now.  

Seat frame is welded. I can take it in to get it covered now. 

Side teardrop rear windows are cut. Will need to remove them when it’s time for the fabric covering but they are protected for now. 

I’m taking the seats on Monday for new foam and covering.
