The new harness will be built by one of our shops. They have a wire marker and can do a much better job than I can. 

Old style circuit breakers:

No, I probably won’t do this, but it would be interesting and one off.

Some of the pulleys are good, but I am replacing all of them since it’s a good time to do so. I cleaned up a few so I could inspect them for wear and to get part numbers.

The valve was locked up tight. I took it to work and soaked it all morning in an ultrasonic heat bath which loosened up all the old fuel. After this the valve came apart fine. Cleaned it up, polished the valve, and reassembled. 

Cleaning and replacing ‘O’ rings in the engine primer. 

A short wait for paint due to paint shop schedule. Stored in the garage for a week. 

I decided to sandblast some areas.
